No problem with Inkscape on Windows -
LilyPondTool, LilyPond, and Inkscape seems to me
to be the current state of the art setup.  Thanks again
to the developers for their outstanding generosity in
providing these great tools.

Given that Illustrator works, I'd suggest that this is an Inkscape problem.
