Yes, setting to smth like this:
  \set Timing.measurePosition = #(ly:make-moment 4 4)
is better.

It seems "4 4" is the same as "13 13" or "<any_number> <the_same_number>".

Only there is no bar number at the start of a measure next to this "\set".

Looks like "<any_number> <the_same_number>" would do.
