My answer is a little late, but valid:
Konqueror 4 has problems with those vertical tabs at the sides, and the menus 
aren’t as nicely drawn as they (c|s)hould:

For some strange reason, with other user accounts than my own, it doesn’t even 
get past the blue loating picture.
