if you comment out the right hand's \showStaffSwitch it works fine
perhaps this is a bug? maybe you can't have two of them in a score?
i also found that your \headsOn and \headsOff weren't working as expected in bars 99 and 204 - leaving them out gives a better result i think

Yeah, when I deleted music before rehearsal 6, all errors except "couldn't fit music on page" go away. But the previous music has no problem when the other half is deleted. Thus, Lilypond is playing Hide-And-See with me!!!
Which expert can fix it? I think it's the strangest thing I have met in my life :-)
