Hard to believe. Please document your claim with some cropped
screenshots.

Screen dump of some 2.13.34 output. PDF open at 200% in Adobe Reader 9.3.4 on Ubuntu 10.04. Check the barlines spanning the staffgroups. Four of the five barline terminations go past the top or bottom line of the stave. Also look at the stems of the two sixteenth notes at bottom right, which are markedly different in thickness.
