Heres an update with some typos fixed.

Theres the issue of an effective way to add the 2 extra staves in the
Tempo primo section. The way its done now makes it difficult to connect
the arpeggios in mms. 52 & 54. I guess it has something todo with
setting up the two StaffGroups, but how to add them at the right place?
