Yes, you are right and this problem is specific of debian lilypond
packages (in wheezy also).
In the meanwhile you can install the last 2.12 from lilypond.org:
http://www.lilypond.org/unix.html
that version works fine.
If you run 'lilypond -dpreview' you'll see that .eps and .png files are
almost fine (except for a thick black line on the left).
The .pdf is absolutely wrong.
Don, can you check it?
