Try connecting the \f and \pp with a transparent \> (set the transparent property for Hairpin, I think...).  Not sure if the baseline settings will be pleasing to you...

The rall. and a tempo can probably be done well enough with staff-padding, I would think.

but that did not help to align the forte and pianissimo. The lilypond score looks really wobbly.

FYI I just tried in MuseScore and got a nicer result out of the box. I'd love to get the same with lilypond.
