I converted the file to UTF-8 and now the pdf gets generated but it's
blank.
I get the PDF score as expected...
damn windows! it works on my Mac.
Would anyone mind to check on a Windows box?
Vista. The file as supplied produces 10s of thousands of warnings, as
you say. Save it as UTF8 and it compiles cleanly and looks as I expect
it to.
