restNumberThreshold

I want to adjust the restNumberThreshold value so that single full measure rests get a "1" above them. Obviously, I found a reference to the thing that needs an \override, but I haven't figured out the complete syntax. 

\override MultiMeasureRest #'restNumberThreshold = #0

...doesn't work.  Help?
