One quick solution is to run convert-ly on TuxGuitar's ly exported file 
('convert-ly -e xpnaagapimou.ly' or using the Tools menu in 
frescobaldi), since TuxGuitar has created a 2.10 file for you. You might 
also want to un-check the 'export tabs' option during export.
