Re: bugs with sextuplets

I just typed another set of slurred sextuplet and the fingering appear above
the slur instead of below.
and the "6" is written on the beam

        \times 4/6{ a16  ( b   cs  cs-1 d e ) } 

All this is pretty standard notation. What could be wrong here?
