\markup beneath a fermata?

Hi all,

In the following (last note in my bass clef), I'd like the \markup to
appear *below* the \fermata, for obvious reasons.  What's the best way
to accomplish this?

\clef "F" c,2._\fermata _\markup \small \italic {"(Blue Bk 139)"}
