1) Has anyone printed out a pdf score for a tablet or smartphone that is just like one long roll? In other words, if you have voice and piano, it'd just be the two continuous staves in one long system, and the paper width would be however long it needs to be to fit everything onto one page. Then you could scroll horizontally with your finger to read the music.
