If you add

\override Score.StrokeFinger #'outside-staff-priority = #999

that will stop the fingering colliding with the tuplet number. It 
doesn't fix the alignment problem, though. Looks like the dot on the i 
moves the baseline of the fingering indication above it further away 
compared to having an a or m in that location. You can also tweak the 
position of an individual fingering indication to align them. eg:

<c'-1-\I -\M > <e-\M -\tweak #'extra-offset #'(0 . 0.35)-\A >
