Dear italian users,

do you have any good idea about how to translate "spanner"?
I had this doubt in the past, see end of this page:

and I decided not to translate it.
What do you think about it?

Taking inspiration from the latin languages:
- Spanish uses "trazador"... maybe like "tracciatore" in italian?
- French uses "extension"

Last year I chose "estensore".

Please let me have your feedback asap, because I think that the new stable may be released during the Waltrop meeting this weekend.
