I want to include a bit of notation in a \tempo mark. The default
syntax allows for something like:
\tempo "Allegro" 4 = 120
I need to do something a bit different. I want:
\tempo "Veloce" [ two beamed 16ths ] = [ three beamed 16ths ]

Do I need to create two scores with everything removed except the 16th
notes and then plug them into a \markup with a "=" between them?
