The description of the properties is stored in define-grob-properties.scm.
So any grob that uses minimum-distance gets the same description from
that file.

It is misleading in this case, that's true.

If you have some proposals how to reformulate certain properties, I'll
gladly revisit them and try to get them included in future versions.
