BTW, something that I thought was a bit strange with this example. On my machine, when built with 2.17.8 it fits on two pages. But if I comment out
ragged-bottom = ##f ragged-last-bottom = ##f ragged-last = ##fthen it needs three pages, with slightly less than half of the third page being filled. I would have thought that adding these settings would result in slightly more space being used, rather than less...
