Thanks you for the reference, I tried it, seems, it has no effect on my
sample, unfortunately.
The documentation says that LilyPond supports guitar slides, see:

I saw that text before, but it not saying anything about slides support
in midi output.
I recommend to always search the keywords in the index of Notation
reference. Searching "slide" you would have found immediately the link
above.
What the doc is not saying is that LilyPond supports hammer-on and
pull-off, but there's an open issue in the tracker for this:

Finally, LilyPond does not support bends yet. You can find some
