[OT] code layout, was: scheme engraver and multiple voices

sorry for reposting, but thunderbird (again) crashed the code layout.

This is a known problem for me, when I paste from Frescobaldi to Thunderbird. I usually use this workaround:

- copy in Frescolbaldi -- paste in notepad

- copy in notepad -- paste in Thunderbird

and I get a nice formatted code layout.
