It’s important to note that print-all-headers is commented out here;
this is identical to the workaround I posted earlier (with
print-all-headers explicitly set to false).  If print-all-headers is
true, then the bookpart title is printed *twice*, once for the
bookpart, then again for the score.  (This also doesn’t work for the

It seems to me that there should be a little more granular control
over what header elements are inherited at each level of the
hierarchy.  One can determine what constitutes the title line of a
score with custom headers... but there should be a more
straightforward way, I think.  Surely I’m not the only person who
wants a hierarchical component to assert itself once and be done.
