PS disregard "in first system" in the subject -- for a moment I thought this was the case, but it happens regardless of a chord's position

When I make a chord that contains the interval of a major second or smaller, up high enough to warrant ledger lines, the ledger lines are lengthened, to accommodate the increased horizontal space needed to write this tiny interval legibly; however, if a third note requires an accidental, the accidental of this third note sometimes collides with these lengthened ledger lines. I've attached photos of some examples.
