That's possibly true. However, as a forced user of Sibelius (college) and a watcher of other people trying to use it, it's clear to me that to use it properly requires training. Most people cannot add a pick up bar (the tutor's solution is to create a new score with a pick up and paste the old music into it); they can't create lyric hyphens or extenders properly; they can't delete lyrics; they can't add a third to a chord; etc.;etc. All software use benefits from training.
