Hi, lily users:

Refer to the pdf, sample (1) the red note head score is correct as of the hard  copy. 

I then I code \ottava #1 & \ottava #0, the note in between ottava is now one octave lower (blue note head on sample (2) )); so as the following notes.

Questions:

1.  Is this a default behavior of ottava? I recall v2.14.0 don't have this behavior.

2.  How can I have the 8va printed on top of the chords?
