Thank you for your response and direction to material for me to learn. Leaning is the fun part of Lilypond!

I have accomplished what I sought. I opened the Lilypond file for the first movement, appended the second, and then appended the third.

Pardon me for not being more explicit. Each of the three movements is encoded in Lilypond. I want to merge them into one Lilypond file and then engrave it into a PDF file.

Of course we don't know in detail how yyour files are organized. But copy & paste is surely not a good solution.

You should create a new file that \include-s the existing movement files.
