What's wrong with having an indexed portfolio of the complete documentation in one file as an extra service from a user for anyone who is interested and doesn't mind that Adobe Reader is closed software. It's not a replacement of the gzipped documentation, so we don't rely on anything. It's just an extra present that someone wants to share with everyone.
