Ditto here with Firefox 23 on Mint 15 - the first time I click the "Select a standard chord" box, the dropdown list appears momentarily for a fraction of a second - not long enough to make a choice. Clicking the box again doesn't show the dropdown list at all. But when I open the page in Chrome 29, everything works as it should.
