One can still change the Y-extent in the same way, but the placement
of objects no longer uses the Y-extent, if LilyPond is able to get an
outline of the object (the outline being called a skyline).

after "LilyPond no longer treats objects as rectangles"
and the "Previously" image links to sample input showing how to
get the old behavior.

Maybe we would benefit from an announcement of the change that
makes more clear its implications on spacing overrides...
