reading this section of the manual (2.16 as well as 2.17):

I find the order of explanations a bit confusing: The following line is
used to explain the \taor command of \include "bagpipe.ly"
\grace { \small G32[ d G e] }
But without bagpipe.ly, this would not be valid syntax. The definition
of pitches in bagpipe.ly should therefore be described before that line
(and not later, as it is now) and the additional usefulness of commands
like \taor afterwards.
