Turns with Accidentals

Hello,

 

Using the instructions at

http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.16/Documentation/notation/expressive-marks-attached-to-notes

I can get an accidental either above or below the turn (see attached).

 

What command should be added (and in what order) to get an accidental both above and below the turn.
