Denemo does allow tweaks to be labelled as exclusive to specific score
layouts, but I am not sure how much separation is possible. If the tweak
were in a completely separate file some means of identifying the point
of application of the tweak would be needed that would be robust against
editing the music. In Denemo you put the music in and then say things
like "page break here if it is for the full score layout". Such tweaks
do distract from a clean view of the input music.
