chart alignment

How can I avoid the following glitch: 
http://www.flight.us/misc/chart_glitch.png  (the final fret chart is 
misaligned, rising above the adjacent one, instead of vertically 
aligning with the one on its left.)

also struggling with labelling the chords with the chord letters (A, 
C#m, etc.), but that's kind of a separate issue
