Herewith is a new draft.
Please note that thanks to my total ignorance in arabic music I did not find
how to write the key signature (If anybody can help :

Code is still messy and I'm sure it can be simplified.
Lyrics are also pretty tedious to put in... Anyway!
I'll let Hosam revue the text.
