In that case, just adopt Thomas's solution, but change the syntax because of
the old version you're using:
\override AmbitusNoteHead #'break-visibility = ##(#f #t #t)
\override AmbitusLine #'break-visibility = ##(#f #t #t)

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I'd like to have the ambitus skip the introduction
section, to show before the main melody section.
