Here's an updated version--What I like to think of as the final draft! Rather 
than using an arpeggio, I opted for grace notes. While harmonically there is a 
chord occurring, the grace notes more accurately reflect what is being played.

Mark, it's rather funny that you mention the Peters Edition. That is the 
edition upon which this is based! Good eye!

Music engraving with a typewriter? Does anyone have a photo of this? I'm really 
intrigued!
