How about:

ffsf =
%\tweak DynamicText.self-alignment-X #LEFT
#(make-dynamic-script #{ \markup \dynamic "ffsf" #})

\relative c' {
  c4\ffsf\> d4 e4 f4 |
  g4 a4 b4 \p c4 |
}
