Thanks! Yeah I have tried various ragged-xxx options, but it doesn't seem to space evenly over the whole page.

The option you want is actually "ragged-last-bottom". The ragged-bottom option applies to pages prior to the last one. Since the score is only a single page, it IS the last one :)
