You should send the Finale
xml files with the message, that's the only starting point you
can deliver.
No guarantee that this will help, but not sending them will be a
guarantee to get no meaningful feedback.

I am testing Finale NotePad (2012) and did the tutorial2.mus.
Then Exported to xml. Then did a CLI using musicxml2ly.
Only the first bar appears with notes, and they are not correct, The remaining bars are all rests.
In fact there are 7 bars with notes in the Voice part. The Piano part is all rests as this is just a test.
I have the files available if it's useful.
Is this a known issue? I am not sure yet how to validate that the Finale output is valid musicxml.
