A friend retired his Mac G5 and gave it to me. I have installed Debian on it
and wanted to get LilyPond installed as well. In the download section of
lilypond.org there was a 64-bit Linux binary and a PPC binary. It seems that
the PPC binary is 32-bit as I get this when running the install script:
Warning: this build is not optimized for your architecture;
please install a ppc64 build instead.
There does not seem to be a ppc64 version. Should I use the 32-bit anyway, or
should I take a crack at compiling LilyPond to get a ppc64 version?
