I have experience with the generation of a title page according to http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/snippets/spacing. It did not work. It only showed “Title page” and did not show the rest of the work. Any idea?

Please provide a minimal example. It will also help you to understand how all of this works.
