What is the name of this and how to code in lily

Hi lilyponders,

I transcribe a score and I dont know how tackle the past measure. (refer to the png file. - the three slanted line on 2nd 8th chord and the last half chord)

I don't know what it is called, therefore I cannot search. I had browse the whole snippet file and cannot find any reference.

Help is appreciated.
