You've defined Prefix with a capital "P" above.

Same problem here. 

Actually no, 'prefix' here should be the markup-command not a variable. How can I fix that ?
 

Ah, I see.  I just got the errors to go away, and figured I had fixed it!

I believe that you want this line:

(let* ((mrkp (markup #:upright #:concat (#:lower 0.08 #:prefix string-qty #:lower 0.05 fret-nbr #:hspace 0.3))))

I added in the string-qty because \prefix expects an integer,

Does this give you what you want?
