Thanks of Mr. Perol-Schneider,
I've found the way to make it bold style:

{
    \override TextSpanner.bound-details.left.text = \markup{\bold "Retenu"}
    \startTextSpan ... \stopTextSpan
}

but not yet
- how to cancel italic style,
- how to expand it to bar.
