This made me laugh :-) I don’t have any references, and I know better Latin than Italian – so of course you’re right. Just replace ll. 14 ff. from my file with
(text (case interval
                 ((8) "va")
                 ((15 22 29) "ma")))

And regarding your other comments: please comment in the tracker yourself.
