Initial grace notes

Attached are 3 files to recreate the problem. 

lilypond bug.ly generates lilypond.pdf along with some error messages.

The problem seems to only occur when

1) I generate a score 
2) The first notes in one part are 2 grace notes.

If I generate the part with the grace notes on its own, no problem.

For now, I’m resorting to an arpeggio instead, which works around it.
