That’s why I wrote about not everybody (or not even most people) using 
the Nabble interface. Many things will appear differently there than in 
other environments, e.g. also inline images. The thread has been 
inactive for quite some time, so in normal environments (such as the GNU 
archives or Mozilla Thunderbird) your post won’t appear as being linked 
to the thread, except if one clicks the Nabble link and extracts the 
information from the entire thread. Which is tedious.
