The instructions for setting up lilypond on the command line are here:

Note that `lilypond` and `lilypond-book` etc. are distinct scripts. Just having the package on your computer doesn't automatically point the terminal to lilypond.

guess you need to show the complete path of lilypond-book to TeXMaker
