The German would be "Windspiel" I think.

languages" links from there leads to
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wind_chime> in English.  No Dutch page I
am afraid.

The English page lists a number of compositions at
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wind_chime#Use_in_music>, so you might
want to look whether you can dig any score up under those names.
