Version 2.18 vs.2.19 speed and W10

Hi All,

This morning Win10 forced me to do an update which has last more than an hour, and then another one few hours later (15mn "only").

Since then, I have a very long run delay with LP v2.19.

With v2.18.2:

Anyone else has the same problem ?
